I once heard a teen commenting on the fact that she cannot change the world.
Yes I certainly do agree that no one person can change the world, but if we all did our bits in our own small corners, we could possibly affect our environment and eventually our world as a whole.
Learn To Show Gratitude
Do you remember your days as a baby? I guess like me you cannot recollect vividly, but I know you can imagine all the love and attention that you must have received from all the adults around you, especially your parents.
It may be hard for you to remember exactly how, now that you are a teen, but you sure know you owe them an attitude of gratitude.
Showing gratitude for every and any kind gesture you receive in life, opens the door for you to receive more. Saying Thank you! is one of the expressions we are thought from childhood but where does it disappear to in our teen years? You might want to say that it was the duty of your parents to look after you, since they brought you into this world.
Yes it was their duty, but they could easily have chosen to do other wise.
It is happening now where most parents are neglecting their responsibilities.
You could even say you were a victim to such parents and owe them no gratitude.
You might as well show them gratitude since you are still alive. Show gratitude to your teachers, doctors, siblings friends, etc. A sincere Thank You! Killed no one.
Show gratitude all the time both to young and old and make the world a better place to live
Discover Your Gift
Your gift will make room for you and bring you before kings, the Bible makes us understand. In other words, once you discover what you are good at, you are on your way to make an impact in the world.
It is not difficult to find out where your interest lies, as you know the beneficial things that naturally appeal to you without being forced to do it.
It may just be a simple idea that could help bring a transformation to our world.
Once you help somebody do what they can not do for themselves, you are rendering a service and you will be amazed at the results you will eventually get by just satisfying one person.
Whatever your passion is, pursue it relentlessly. I read an article about a teen who borrowed $8 from her mother to buy a domain name and started building websites from her friends and family, because she had found her passion building sites and satisfying one person at a time with her web designs. Today, she is a millionaire in her teens. What will your story be? Create your own success story and make the world a better place.
